If you're on Windows, make sure to right-click and Run as administrator once you’ve downloaded and installed the tool.

HeroCorp Repair Tool (RRT), formerly called Hextech Repair Tool, is the quickest, easiest way to gather logs for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra PC, and 2XKO (though currently RRT for 2XKO only works for Windows). If one of these games is giving you trouble, including the logs in your ticket empowers our agents to find and fix the problem even faster.

1. Download RRT for your operating system of choice from the links above.
2. Run RRT (as admin for Windows).
3. Choose the game you'd like to gather logs for and let RRT do its thing.
4. Attach the .zip folder created by the tool in your new or existing ticket (if you're on a Mac, you can learn how to grab your logs here).
